1. HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

2. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

When you cancel your membership, you will not be billed again and your membership with the site will end when the subscription you've purchased ends. If you want to become a member once more, you will need to sign up again.

 

 

3. I HAVE LOST MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD!

If you have lost our username/code and password, all you need to do is request them online. Go to https://secure.verotel.com/cgi-bin/enduser_info_mail.pl  and enter your email address (the one you used when purchasing your subscription) and you will have it emailed immediately.

 

 

4. I CAN'T PROCEED FROM THE START MENU OF SOME OF THE GAMES!

The earlier PC games on Ero-Mania comes in ZIP-files, which means you need to extract the zip-file before playing them. If you don't, the game isn't able to fetch the files inside the data folder.

 

 

5. I AM HAVING TORUBLE VIEWING SOME OF THE CONTENT IN THE MEMBERS AREA!

This is most likely caused by a firewall on your computer which interferes with some of the security settings here on the website. Try to adjust the settings of your firewall or temporarily turn it off while browsing the members area.

 

 

6. VEROTEL WON'T ACCEPT MY PRE-PAID CARD. WHY?

Given that people who are under the age of 18 can buy a pre-paid card or gift card, Verotel cannot process for most of these cards in an effort to keep adult content away from those who are underage. There is nothing neither I or Verotel can do about this. Sorry for the inconvenience.

1. DO YOU REALLY PRODUCE ALL THE CONTENT YOURSELF? YOU'RE NOT JUST STEALING THE ART FROM INTERNET PAGES?

Of course both I and the guest artists are producing all the content ourselves! I'm working very hard to produce the artwork I put up here in order to try and make a living. There are many sites out there, both paysites and "free" piracy sites that earn money through ads and "premium" file locker memberships, that heavily profits off of artist's works without their consent. This site is not one of them. By becoming a member on this site, you directly support the artists! ^_^

 

 

2. WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Ero-Mania respects each individualís right to personal privacy. All transactions are processed safely by a third party billing processor, Verotel. With this being the case, we do not store nor have access to your sensitive credit card, debit card, or checking account information. 3. WHAT ARE "LOYAL MEMBERS GAMES"?

"Loyal Members Games" are games from ongoing series here on Ero-Mania, that is available for download for members who have been around. Each month of completed membership gives the ability to request 1 "Loyal Members Game", and upon the first registration to the site, the first "Loyal Members Game" ("Lost Hearts 2") will be available upon request. Upon the 7th month of total completed memberships (does not have to be recurring) you can get access to a "Loyal Members Area", that includes all "Loyal Members Games" without needing to request them.

4. IS MY "LOYAL MEMBER ACCESS" FOREVER?

"Loyal Member" status is kept even though your membership subscription expires. This means you do not need to apply for a new one later, but you will of course need an active subscription in order to access Ero-Mania's content. The only cases where a member may lose their "Loyal Member" status is if they breach the Terms of Service (for example if a user is caught for fraudulent usage, like doing a chargeback, re-posting their account details online on for example password forums, or piracy/uploading the content to other websites (the content downloads from within the members area can be directly tracked to each specific user, and re-uploading the files elsewhere will result in immediate account termination and a lock-out from future transactions), then naturally the "Loyal Member" status will be forfeited, and cannot be re-gained). But of course I hope that the majority of people who like my work and have gained "Loyal Member" status in the first place won't do such things ^_^

 

 

5. I HAVE LOST MY "LOYAL MEMBER" INFO!

6. HOW OFTEN DO YOU UPDATE YOUR MEMBERS AREA?

This may vary as it depends on how much time I have had to create artwork, and if there are any guests submitting content, if any large projects are released, etc. But information about recent updates are always available on the front page!

 

 

7. WHY ARE SOME OF THE GAMES I DOWNLOAD VISIBLY MARKED WITH MY USERNAME?

All game downloads are marked, but mostly the marks are invisible. In some cases, however, there are additional visible marks on certain game downloads for new members.

 

 

 

 

TROUBLESHOOTING

 

 

1. WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN, ALL I GET IS AN ACCESS DENIED PAGE?

This may be caused by several reasons. First, check if your membership has expired, and check if you're writing the correct username and password. If you're guessing wrong too many times in a row, your IP will get blocked.

 The most common reasons for not being able to log in, are:

 

1. Your membership has expired.

 

2. Your are typing the wrong username and password. Remember the difference on capital letters! A isn't the same as a, and so on...

 

3. You have been a member before, and have saved the old username and password, and you're automatically trying to log in with those old expired member details (yes, that is quite common and I've even done it myself on one other site once ^_^;)

 

4. Your account was suspended by Verotel. This may be because of the following: chargebacks, piracy of content from the member sites you've joined, stolen credit card, etc. If you're  responsible for any of those, Verotel permanentely blocks you from using any of their services again.

 

 

2. I'VE BEEN A MEMBER BEFORE, BUT NOW I CANNOT RE-REGISTER ON YOUR SITE! IT JUST KEEPS GIVING ME AN ERROR..?

Your details might have been suspended by Verotel. This may be because of the following: chargebacks, piracy of content from the member sites you've joined, stolen credit card, etc. If you're responsible for any of those, Verotel permanentely blacklists your details and blocks you from using any of their services again.

3. I HAVEN'T DONE ANY CHARGEBACKS, AND I HAVEN'T PIRATED YOUR WORK. HOWEVER, MY CARD IS STILL BEING DECLINED..?

If you have not been blacklisted by Verotel, there might be several other reasons. Declined by bank errors are getting more common these days, and the reasons may vary. Here are some possible solutions:

 

1. You may not have enough funds in your account

 

2. You may have written the name on the card wrong (if the name on the card you're using is "John Doe", then you should write that name).

 

4. You may have written the CVC code wrong

 

5. The card type might not be supported (if it's a prepaid card that's not tied to a specific name, then that won't work)

 

6. Sometimes the bank might decline the transaction without giving specific details. Check if your card is enabled for international purchases online. Some banks also has a limit on how many transactions you can have online during a period of time.

 

7. There are some cases where there are temporary issues with a bank's verification system, causing it to malfunction and giving a decline. Try again in an hour or so, and see if the problem is still there.

 

 

4. I REQUESTED A GAME DOWNLOAD FOR ONE OF THE GAMES THAT REQUIRES A FORM TO BE SUBMITTED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN E-MAIL YET. WHY?

While responses to game requests are usually fulfilled within 24 hours, there can be several reasons for a delay or a response not being received:

 

1. The e-mail might have been stopped due to being classified as "junk". While most e-mail providers puts these in a junkmail folder, there are some that have settings where they are automatically deleted or not getting through. Please check your junkmail folder or settings if you haven't received an answer within 24 hours.

 

2. If a user is caught for fraudulent usage, like doing a chargeback, re-posting their account details online on for example password forums, or piracy/uploading the content to other websites (the content downloads from within the members area can be directly tracked to each specific user, and re-uploading the files elsewhere will result in immediate account termination and a lock-out from future transactions), then naturally any submitted download requests will be forfeited.

 

3. The submission might have incorrect details, or the request is for a "Loyal Members" game and you're still a new member without any past transactions.

 

4. In some rare cases the delay is caused by me having been ill, or something else unexpected have caused me not to be able to reply within the timeframe of 24 hours. Usually these kind of delays does not extend more than a few hours over the timeframe, as I'm always trying to get back to you as soon as I can ^^
